Gray-black powder with a relative density of 0.3 g/cm3 and a melting point of 2200 °C. Insoluble in water, anti-oxidation, thermal shock resistance, chemical resistance, especially high thermal strength and stability under thermal shock.

Application of Nano silicon boride powder:

Storage conditions:
