Monosodium glutamate Industrial Cell-mass is the proteinic by-product derived from Monosodium glutamate fermentation process. As SCP(single cell protein)product, MSG Industrial Cell-mass has high protein content up to 65% and good amino acid profile, particularly essential amino acids (e.g. Lysine, Threonine). It also contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients in fermented bacterial biomass and substrate residues. Meanwhile, it has good palatability owing to high level of glutamic acid and mild fermented flavour.
